How long do I have to wait for my registration key after making a purchase?
If you paid with an eCheck, we will send your key once the check clears. This usually takes around 4 days.
Otherwise, the email containing the reg key is sent as soon as your order is processed.
If you do not see an email containing your key in your inbox, it could be in your spam folder depending on your email security settings.
If not, send a key request to support@idleminer.com

Can I install Bodog HG on more than 1 machine?
Your registration key can activate the software on 2 machines.
If you want to change machines or reinstall, send an email to support@idleminer.com and we will reset your licenses for you.

Does Bodog HG support SNGs?
Bodog HG does support SNGs, however Poker Tracker does not. You can successfully collect HHs with Bodog HG, but you will not be able to import them into Poker Tracker.

Does Bodog HG support MTTs?
Bodog HG does not support MTTs currently, but we are planning on implementing this feature in future versions of the software.

Can I run Bodog HG in Windows Vista?
Yes, if you are running in Vista, make sure you are running as an administator and that you have User Account Control disabled.
You can set this under Control Panel->User Accounts.

Why is Bodog HG not saving my hand histories?
Make sure that you create a new folder in the Bodog HG install directory and point the HG to save HHs to this new folder.
If the problem persits, try disabling any security software you have running on your machine. Zone Alarm, along with some other security applications, can often interfere with the mining process.

Do I have to play the hands for Bodog HG to collect the hand histories?
No, Bodog HG will save both played and observed hands.

Why is Poker Tracker not importing my hand histories?
Make sure that you have set the hand history folder location in Poker Tracker to the same folder that you have set Bodog HG to save hands into.
Also, make sure that you are importing cash games. Poker Tracker does not yet support Bodog tourneys.

I previously purchased DogWatch. Is this the same program?
