How long do I have to wait for my registration key after making a purchase?
If you paid with an eCheck, we will send your key once the check clears. This usually takes around 4 days.
Otherwise, the email containing the reg key is sent as soon as your order is processed.
If you do not see an email containing your key in your inbox, it could be in your spam folder depending on your email security settings.
If not, send a key request to support@idleminer.com

Can I install OnGame HG on more than 1 machine?
Your registration key can activate the software on 2 machines.
If you want to change machines or reinstall, send an email to support@idleminer.com and we will reset your licenses for you.

Does OnGame HG run in Vista?
Yes. If you are having problems, try disabling User Account Control and running your account as an administrator. You can set this under Control Panel->User Accounts.

Why is the grabber not launching my poker site?
Make sure that you have installed the poker room to the default directory. If you aren't already, try running the English version of the poker client.

Why is OnGame hand grabber not saving my hand histories?
Try disabling any security software you have running on your machine. Zone Alarm, along with some other security applications, can often interfere with the mining process.

Do I have to play the hands for OnGame HG to collect the hand histories?
No, OnGame HG will save both played and observed hands.

Why is my CPU maxing out when mining tables at OnGame?
The OnGame client is a major drain on CPU. We are currently looking at ways to get around this. In the meantime, the best thing is to find the max number of tables that your machine will support.
